I offer Personal Training Sessions as well as Strength + Wellness Coaching Sessions to help you reach your goals and I'm am able to provide sessions both virtually and in-person.

In my virtual sessions, you get everything you'd get in person except for hugs and high-fives (virtual ones are still available).
 

Choose a 60-minute personal training session or a 60-minute strength + wellness coaching session.
 

Packages and monthly memberships are available for both in-person and virtual clients, so session location can be changed at any time.

yoga Classes

Yoga at Seabright Beach

Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha influenced class taught in the fresh air while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing.

Yoga on Zoom

Blocks and straps encouraged, not required.

Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha influenced class, options to use blocks and straps will be offered and highly encouraged.  Using props in yoga helps to deepen the stretches, makes poses more accessible, and helps students maintain proper alignment.
